Program is missing front and back cover and possibly one sheet (photo of surfer Butch Van Artsdalen). First sheet is hanging by a staple and has a tear. Writing on pages where original owner put the placements of the top four surfers. Includes autographs of Jack “Jackie” Eberle (4th place) - signed as “Jackass.” See pics for details.
