For auction is a passenger flight timetable from US Air dated May 2, 1983. It contains listings for all US Air flights by departure city and flight number, with departure and arrival times, frequency of service, and number of in-flight stops. There is a 2-page fold-out map showing the US Air routes, a listing of reservations offices, and period advertising.

Description
US Air
was
formed in 1979
when the former
Allegheny Airlines changed its name
and began seeking to expand its operations. A decade later, it
acquired Piedmont Airlines and Pacific Southwest Airlines
and was one of the U.S.'s seven remaining transcontinental. In 2005,
America West Airlines carried out a reverse merger
, acquiring the assets and branding of the larger
US Air
while putting the
America West
leadership team largely in charge of the merged airline.
US Air
ceased to operate independently
when the Federal Aviation Administration granted a single operating certificate in 2015
following a merger with American Airlines
. The
resulting company is now known as American Airlines and is the largest airline in the world
.

and appears to have had little if any use. There are no rips, tears, markings or writing, and the binding is secure with all pages firmly in place.
