Not sure who WS is but I assume the 94 stands for 1994. Also signed by the artisan. Looks like C. Dioia but I am not positive that is what is says. Brooch measures 3 3/4" longest x 2 3/8" widest. Weighs 29.4 grams. A fun, whimsical piece!
