This Fresh Milk Cream Separator is a centrifugal device that separates milk into cream and skimmed milk. This machine is intended for processing the whole milk for separation of cream from skimmed milk with simultaneous removal of contaminants. Notes:
☺ Before adding suitable temperature fresh milk, please make sure that the machine is in working order?and the white switch rod in the bowl is at the closing state.
☺ Please warm the drum first before operating it; otherwise the separated cream is easy to be blocked inside the drum, especially in winter.
☺ In order to prolong the life of the motor, it is recommended that the continuous use time should not exceed 30 minutes.
☺ Only the fresh milk can be separated.?The processed dairy products sold in supermarkets can not be separated.
☺ Do not put the water and milk into the motor.
