Separator recommendations:
You can adjust the fat content of the final product with a special screw. For better skimming, strained whole milk must be heated to 35-40 ° C or separated immediately after milking. After continuous operation for an hour, in order to avoid breakdowns, it is necessary to let the device "rest" for at least 30 minutes.
