Image builder because it would change the entire perception of your restaurant from just a place to eat, to a place where you eat fresh made food. In addition to this, you can use fresh pasta more than for cooking in your restaurant, but rather as an added take home after dinner "a pound of pasta and a jar of sauce" to feed a family of four at home another evening. Set up a small refrigerated case by the hostess stand or replace the hostess stand with a small refrigerated case so that people will notice your intentions on the way in and they will make up their mind while having dinner about walking out with some of the fresh goodness pasta. And now, for the making of pasta. A lot of people are hesitant at doing it because they feel it would take too much investment and energy. WRONG. I can dispell that myth for you by showing you either on the phone or in person in a couple of hours how to make fresh pasta and become excellent at it.
