Hobart 140qt dough mixer with bowl guard. Model V1401DD, serial number 31-1319-386 , 5HP, 200volts and 3 phases. Tested. Great looking unit. Unit is set up to accommodate a 80qt stainless steel bowl. Mixer comes with a Hobart 80qt s/s bowl,  hook, bowl dolly. Also included are 80/40qt stainless steel bowl and 80/40 whisk.
To use a 140qt bowl on this unit mixer will need to be modified slighlty by removing 140/80 handle reducer attachment.
Unit has normal wear of used equipment, will required some extra cleaning, has scratches, dings, dents.
Unit is currently stored in our warehouse.
