ALITTLE BIT ABOUT US IS WE HAVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO RECIEVE A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE MIXERS, OVENS, SLICERS, SKILLETS, ETC... FROM ABOUT 24 OF THE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARDS IN FLORIDA SOME IN GEORGIA AND A FEW IN ALABAMA. AND AS LONG AS THEY ALLOW US TO PURCHASE THE EQUIPMENT WE WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP PASSING THIS HIGH END EQUIPMENT ON TO EBAY CUSTOMERS. AND NO! WE ARE NOT EQUIPMENT DEALERS. WE ARE JUST A FATHER AND SON BUSINESS. THE EQUIPENT WE RECIEVE HAS ONLY BEEN USED FOR MINUTES A DAY NOT 10-12 HOURS A DAY, AS A NORMAL RESTRAUNT WOULD USE. AND NOT USED ON SAT. OR SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, OR SPRINGBREAK AND CLOSED FOR 3 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR. MOST OF OUR EQUIPMENT MAY HAVE SOME YEARS ON THEM, THEY HAVE LITTLE USE AND NO ABUSE! This 30 QT. mixer came from a local cooking school located here in Florida that just recentley closed due to the bad economic times that we are in today.
This school was part of a special program in the state of Florida it was included in a special funding program for cooking schools, this school only had the best equipment, most of the equipment was better then most of your high end restraunts.
