This HL200 metallic gray, hybrid, powder-coated finish mixer is ideal for commercial kitchens thanks to its 20 quart bowl, stainless steel bowl guard, and beater. With an ergonomic design and superior functionality, you can make repeat recipes consistently and create new ones with ease and efficiency. This unit requires a 120V single phase electrical configuration.
The HL200 features a heavy-duty, three-speed, 1/2 hp motor that will stand up to your establishment's most demanding jobs. Plus, the gear transmission, stir speed function, and shift on the fly controls allow you to adjust the speed while the mixer is in operation, rather than constantly having to turn it off to do so.
The HL200 also has a 15-minute smart-timer to automatically shut the machine off after the desired time for more consistent results and greater efficiency in your commercial kitchen. With automatic time recall, this mixer remembers the last time set for each speed--a great solution to better efficiency and consistency across multiple batches of the same product. Large and easy-to-reach controls allow for simple operation, making sure that even your newest employees can quickly learn the ropes.
The HL200 also has single point bowl installation for simple placement and removal and an ergonomic swing-out bowl for easy loading and unloading of product.
A #12 taper attachment hub means that you can use this mixer to power other attachments (sold separately) to turn your Hobart mixer into the most versatile piece of equipment in your kitchen.
