Laser Engineering CO2 Laser & EMI Power Supply

Laser Engineering CO2 CW Laser & EMI Power Supply. USA Made in 1987, yes 1987.  Still works perfectly !  EMI (Electronic Measurements Inc.) Power Supply 250W, 30KV strike voltage.  Similar vintage but not sure.  These items came from my lab, closed in 2010, have been stored in my garage since.  I believe these tubes were made for some surgical application but I'm not certain.  10.6micron wavelength.  At 25% electric power, this tube produced 10W (see photos).  My power meter only goes to 10W, so I don't know the maximum power it will produce.  The power meter is not included.  I ran the laser only briefly because I don't have a water chiller.  This tube needs flowing water to run for any length of time.  Buyer needs to supply water cooling apparatus.  The tube measures 1.35m in length and about 100mm in diameter.  Tube and Supply will be shipped in separate boxes.
These items are Dangerous !  The laser will burn through skin and tissue very quickly and blind one instantly & permanently.  This is an FDA Class IV device.  The power supply will generate 30KV to strike and then about 10KV run voltage at 250W max.  Deadly Deadly Voltage.
