I picked up the SignalScout roughly 2 years ago.  It looked unused when I got it.  I needed it because we had a system fail EMC testing.  I used it on and off for a couple of days to track down the problems and correct them.  Since then I have pulled it out twice.  Once to align a roof top antenna and the other to track down a home cable/ISP issue.  I have not touched it in over a year.  I don't see the need to keep it around if I can get a good price for it.
I put the four rubber feet on the bottom.
All you get is the SignalScout RFM151 with the battery pack.  Nothing else is included (no cables, no connectors, no probes, no power supply, no accessories).
The battery pack is old and should be replaced if you want to use it as a true portable.  I would charge the battery (8 hours) before using it and still run it with a 12 VDC power supply.  I treated the battery as a UPS.  I could temporary unplug it, but I did not expect it to operate very long on battery pack and re-plugged it as soon as possible.
If you do need accessories, I would be happy to sell you some, but the list price, is for how I got the SignalScout, without accessories.
