Usage:
Place meat in mixer.
Place cover on meat tank.
Begin operating and add dissolved seasoning through pour slot on top of clear cover.
Continue to slowly mix meat until it becomes tacky  (Please make sure the Maximum meat capacity does not exceed 30-Pound)
Remove mixed meat from mixer and use immediately. Do not allow meat to remain in mixer. It is important to keep meat cool while processing.
