Lot Consists of a Vintage, Original, Summer Season 1949, U.S. BASED - MITCHELL TOURS - MIAMI to HAVANA, Travel Foldout Brochure. Brochure advertises travel to by either Air or Steamer. Brochure also advertises West Indies and European Cruises.
Gloss paper stock, foldout travel brochure with black and white, blue highlighted artwork and text, is approx. 4-1/8" wide x 9-1/2" high folded and opens to approx. 12-3/8" wide x 19" high when laid out unfolded. Brochure was originally mailed to owner and has a cancelled Scott # 806, 2 cent John Adams stamp, along with typed name and address beneath, (blocked out in pics for sale purposes). Brochure comes as found, folded and with some light signs of handling on edges and corners, along with some small splits in corners and crack on edges. There is some light toning to exposed areas, as it has been stored away flat since the 1950's. Brochure has what appears to be staple holes on right edge. Brochure comes as pictured.
