    Felt hat with patch covers its head while sporting a sad look
    He is from an Emmett Kelly collector's home
    My friend gave me all her Emmett Kelly collection
    therefore I think he may be from the collection (not sure)
    the wind up key is on the back
    and is NOT working!
    it appears to be over wound
