We only replace the inner cells.  We cannot repair faults with the circuit boards.   If QTB unit is found to be faulty or in "NOT working condition", the unit will be returned with a NEW PS-832 8V 3.2AH Sealed Lead Acid Battery.  You are purchasing a recelling service NOT a battery.  We require that you send your battery & charger to us at your cost.  We then replace or rebuilds the cells with brand new grade A replacements.
