Mixer capacity was too large to use.  Overestimated demand for my pizza at our Brewery..  Perfect condition, we only used it 16 times.  200 volt.

180 quart commercial mixer from Univex. The one HP bowl motor has two speeds, as does the 8 HP spiral motor, and can create up to 265 pounds of dough. The unit is 30.7" wide, 53.9" deep, and 57.1" tall (76.8" tall when the lid is open), and has adjustable castors so you can easily level the feet. The control board has separate timers for first and second speeds.
