Unusual Vintage Gold Harlequin Mardi Gras Jester Clown Doll With Puppet on Pole

This Listing is for a Beautiful & Unusual Mardi Gras Harlequin Figurine holding a puppet in his right hand under a beaded canopy attached to the black wooden pole behind him. He is a bit over 12.5 inches tall... counting/including the pole.
I found him at an Estate more than 5 years ago... I don't see any makers mark... I believe the material he is made of is resin. For the most part.... he is painted Gold Sparkly Silver with Glittery Gold Details and on his coat there are clubs & diamonds in a diamond grid design. His hand are in black gloves (painted) and his feet are in black & gold slipper. He has a ruffle collar and a 3 pointed hat. There is a tiny wired hoop in the top of head... perhaps to hang him up by.
The canopy is covered wired with plastic or maybe glass beads attached.
That is about as much as I can say about this Really Cute Harlequin. I have scoured the net and ebay over the years looking for one like him to get more information about where/when he was made. Who the artist may have been... but I have seen another like him. If you know something about this guys history... shoot me a message.
