So let's review a few details: Although we provide the dough hook, french whips, and cookie whips, we want to be clear that the meat grinder, oat flaker, grain mill, and slicer shredder do not come in this box. Those are available separately. Also, because our mixer packs 900 watts of power, it can be much louder than the weaker machines on the market. So don't be surprised if your mixer has a high pitched sound, it's the trade-off a commercial grade motor. Additionally, we designed a newer thicker drive shaft that is only allowed to break as a fail safe under unnatural loads. This means if you accidentally drop a spoon or metal utensil into the bowl, the drive shaft will protect the gears in your motor and be the first to snap. This is by design so you won't have to worry about ever destroying your mixer's motor. Lastly, we've included a dough divider that is meant for small batches.
